Yoga Spa Night with Angela Tomassetti plus Readings by Energy Intuitive Gina Baruch
A really good restorative yoga session can make you feel like you have just spent the day at the spa. Check in for an evening of pampering on the mat. This 90 minute class incorporates gentle poses suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility, a hand massage (optional) and relaxation exercise. Refreshments and crudites follow and students are invited to a private shopping event with a substantial discount on regularly priced items in the boutique. Whilst the private shopping event is taking place, students will be invited one-by-one to receive a 10 minute reading with Energy Intuitive Gina Baruch. Students will also be provided with a goody bag (value $20+) with pampering treats to take home.

Skill level: None required
Equipment: Please bring a blanket that you can roll and place under your knees for support. Feel free to bring your own mat if preferred.
